John Clarke, B.Com, ACA

John Clarke is Managing Director and major shareholder of Infrastructure Capital Group Ltd (previously ANZ Infrastructure Services Limited (ANZIS). Mr Clarke joined Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) in December 2000 and was responsible for the formation and development of ANZIS (80 per cent owned by ANZ and 20 per cent owned by him).
Mr Clarke is also a Director of Gas Pipelines Victoria Pty Ltd, Esperance Pipeline Co Pty Ltd, Esperance Power Station Pty Ltd, Stadium Holdings Pty Ltd, Stadium Investments Pty Ltd, Pyrenees Wind Farm Holdings Pty Ltd, Biodiesel Producers Ltd, Neerapub Power Station Holdings & Condamine Power Station and various companies associated with the investment management activities of Infrastructure Capital Group (ICG).
He is also a Director of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia, an infrastructure industry advisory body, and was formerly Chief Executive of Infratil Australia Limited and Managing Director of Morrison & Co Australia.
Mr Clarke is also Chairman of Stadium Australia Club Limited.
Daryl Kerry

Appointed to the Board in 2009
Daryl Kerry is the Chief Executive Officer of Stadium Australia Group. Mr Kerry joined the Stadium in 1998 and played a key role in its opening in March 1999. During the Olympic Games in September 2000, Daryl operated the Stadium on behalf of the Organising Committee.
In 2003 Mr Kerry was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO. In this role, he continued to oversee the operation of the Stadium and assumed responsibility for a number of key commercial areas of the business. In May 2009, Mr Kerry was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining the Stadium, Mr Kerry worked at a number of sports and entertainment venues in Sydney and held a senior role within the Venue Management division with the Sydney Olympic Games Organising Committee (SOCOG) from 1996 to 1998.
Mr Kerry is also a Director of Stadium Australia Holdings Pty Ltd, Stadium Investments Pty Ltd and Stadium Australia Management Ltd.
Michael B. Easson, AM, BA (Hons)

Michael B. Easson is Executive Chairman of the EG Property Group. He is a former Director of: the Macquarie Goodman Industrial Property Group; Sydney Roads Group and Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited; In Tech Asset Consulting; the State Rail Authority of NSW; Sydney Light Rail; and, the State Superannuation Investment and Management Corporation.
He is also a former: Vice President of the Australia Council of Trade Unions; Secretary of the Labor Council of NSW; Chairman of a Federal Government Taskforce on Payments to Statutory Authorities and Special Purpose Payments to the States; Deputy President of UNICEF Australia; and, Councillor of the National Competition Council.
Mr Easson is Deputy Chairman of ACT Electricity and Water Corporation and a Director of ING Real Estate.
