ANZ Stadium Quality Policy

ANZ Stadium is Australia’s premier international sports and entertainment venue. It is also one of Sydney’s leading function and conference venues.

Stadium management has a vision to Make the Greatest Things Happen.

In striving to deliver this vision, ANZ Stadium has a commitment to quality and a Quality Policy to define our objectives and standards across the business.

In relation to customer service, ANZ Stadium will endeavour to meet and exceed the legitimate expectations of our customers through service of the highest standard. We welcome and encourage customer feedback at all times and are committed to being the best event facility in Australia.

To assist in ensuring the safety and quality of food and beverage services, ANZ Stadium complies with the principles of HACCP, including food safety and good manufacturing practices.

The Stadium is dedicated to the principle of continual improvement. To support this philosophy, we have developed and implemented a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of the Australian/International Standard:

AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008

The Quality Management System provides the basis for working in a systematic manner through formalised procedures and processes designed to minimise variation in the service we provide. All staff will be appropriately trained, expert in their individual field of work and dedicated to providing the highest professional service to our customers.

Business objectives are established and regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure key performance indicators are being achieved. The business objectives are formally reviewed at regular Management System Review Meetings.

Management is committed to ensuring staff remain aware of the latest developments within their field of expertise, have adequate resources to conduct their work effectively and maintain customer safety as their first priority at all times. All staff are responsible for the quality of their own work.

The Managing Director and senior management fully endorse this Policy and the formal Quality Management System that has been implemented.
