It’s one of the biggest football matches Australia has ever seen - the world’s biggest football team, Manchester United, will play an
A-League All Stars team at ANZ Stadium, Saturday 20 July.

After a frenetic two mornings of selling for the blockbuster event, the Football Federation of Australia has released the following statement in relation to ticketing allocations:

This match has had record interest from the Football Family and the general public. The second phase allocation of tickets for the A-League All Stars v Manchester United match in Sydney next year has been exhausted.

The third phase of tickets will be released in April. To register on the FFA waitlist, click here. If you are to be successful on the waitlist, you will receive an email advising of your right to purchase.

This will be Manchester United’s only match in Australia as coach Sir Alex Ferguson takes his full squad around Asia.

Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Nani, Nemanja Vidic, the Welsh wizard Ryan Giggs and the evergreen Paul Scholes will all feature.

The All Stars will represent the best of the Hyundai A-League with the team to be selected by fans.

It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the English Premier League superstars against the Hyundai A-League’s big names.
