TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Name: ANZ Stadium South Africa Promotion

1. Information on how to enter will form part of these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes contractors, agents and their immediate families.

2. The promotional period commences at 17.00pm on Saturday 25 June 2011 and closes at 6pm on Sunday 2 October 2011.

3. The competition period commences on:
• Saturday 25 June at Sydney Swans v Collingwood, 17.00pm to 11.00pm;
• Sunday 17 July at Wallabies v Samoa, 12.30pm to 5.00pm;
• Saturday 23 July at Wallabies v South Africa, 18.00pm to 11.00pm;
• Sunday 21 August at Sydney Swans v St Kilda, 17.00pm to 11.00pm;
• Sunday 2 October at NRL Grand Final, 11.00am to 18.00pm.

4. The draw will take place at 10am Wednesday 5 October 2011 in the Administration and Management Office of ANZ Stadium. The Winner will be notified via phone and email and their name will be published on the
ANZ Stadium website www.anzstadium.com.au for a two week period from the date of the prize draw.  The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. To enter, entrants must place a business card in one of the entry barrels located at Level 3 Private Suite foyer of the eastern grandstand or Level 3 Private Suite foyer of the western grandstand or Level 2 Xseat lounge of the western grandstand or Level 2 Corporate Box lounge of the eastern grandstand.

6. Entry is limited to one entry per person per competition period.

7. Business Cards will be collected after each event and the data will be entered into a spreadsheet.

8. Entries will be accepted for each of the five competition periods; however duplicate entries per visit will be removed.

9. All Entrants will be given a number based on when they have entered the promotion. For example, the first entrant will be given the number one (1) and the second entrant will be given the number two (2) and so on. A random number generator found on the website www.random.org will then be used to choose the prize winner. The number that appears on the random number generator will be the winner.

10. The first name drawn will win 7 (Seven) night Guided Tour of South Africa. This includes the following:
• Two return economy flights from Sydney- Johannesburg- Cape Town with Qantas Airways;
• Two night’s accommodation in Johannesburg at Southern Sun Hotel (Sandton Sun);
• A Johannesburg city tour (meals and drinks not included);
• Flights from Johannesburg to Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve with Federal Express;
• Two night’s accommodation at Sabi Sabi Game Lodge (includes 3 game drives and all meals only);
• Flight from Sabi Sabi to Cape Town with Federal Express and Comair;
• Three night’s accommodation in Cape Town at Southern Sun Hotel (Culinan);
• A Cape Town city tour (meal and drinks not included);
• Airport transfers included. 
• Total value of the prize is $15,000. 
11. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. Prize needs to be used by 31 March 2011.
12. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within two weeks of the prize draw a redraw will take place. The redraw will take place at 10am Wednesday 19 October 2011 in the Administration and Management Office of ANZ Stadium. The redraw winner will be notified via phone and email and winners name will be published on the ANZ Stadium website www.anzstadium.com.au for a two week period from the date of the prize redraw.

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. All entries become the property of the Promoter.  All entries will be entered in to a database and the entrants’ names and address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise stated.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
