ANZ Stadium School Excursion Tours

School Excursions

ANZ Stadium School Tours offer students an educational experience with a difference.

School Tours give students a rare opportunity to explore the inner workings of the world-renowned Stadium that played host to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Throughout the tour, students will:

  • visit the venue’s highest seating area, the Level 6 Grandstand ;
  • watch an inspirational video of past events, including the Sydney 2000 Olympics and the 2003 Rugby World Cup;
  • explore the workings of the Media Centre’s television and broadcast suites;
  • enjoy a ball-passing session in the change rooms and warm-up areas;
  • walk in the footsteps of their sporting heroes to the stimulated roar of 80,000 fans through the players’ tunnel;
  • stand on the original Sydney 2000 Olympic medal dais for a once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity.

The ANZ Stadium Explore Buggy is a great addition to tours. The buggy takes students through the players’ tunnel and underneath the Stadium, past the kitchens, VIP areas and players entries.

ANZ Stadium School Tours offer a fantastic educational insight across architecture, sports management, environmental initiatives, hospitality and engineering.

Tours can be tailored to your specific needs and an ANZ Stadium Manager can be arranged to speak with students and share their expertise.

Prices start at just $7 per student. Teachers are free of charge on a ratio of 1:10 for primary school and 1:20 for high school. Tours last for approximately 60 minutes.
