ANZ Stadium recruits casual staff regularly throughout our event season which normally runs from February until October each year.
ANZ Stadium generally recruits casual staff across four pools as follows:
- Catering & Hospitality (Retail)
- Catering & Hospitality (Corporate and Functions)
- Catering & Hospitality (Kitchen)
- Customer Service, Ground Operations and Logistics
1. Catering & Hospitality (Retail)
ANZ Stadium’s Retail team is the largest of our four casual employee pools. ANZ Stadium has approximately 80 Retail food and beverage outlets. The Retail team provide food and beverage services to over 50,000 patrons on a major event day. ANZ Stadium recruits for the following positions as part of our Retail team:
- Retail Food Attendants;
- Retail Bar Attendants; and
- Distribution Runners.
2. Catering & Hospitality (Corporate and Functions)
ANZ Stadium’s Corporate and Functions team are responsible for the setup and delivery of food and beverage services in the Stadium’s 116 Private Suites, 112 Open Corporate Boxes and 11 Function Rooms on event days and for non event day functions and conferences. ANZ Stadium recruits for the following positions as part of our Corporate and Functions team:
- Food and Beverage Supervisors;
- Function and Restaurant Waiters;
- Bar Attendants; and
3. Catering & Hospitality (Kitchen)
ANZ Stadium’s Kitchen team are responsible for preparing and serving up to 8,000 plated meals on major event days to the Stadium’s 116 Private Suites, 112 Open Corporate Box and 11Function Rooms clients on event days. ANZ Stadium’s Kitchen team also prepare and serve meals to clients who host functions and conferences at ANZ Stadium outside of major event days. ANZ Stadium recruits for the following positions as part of our Kitchen team:
- Qualified Chefs;
- Commis Chefs;
- Kitchen Stewards; and
- Food Service Attendants.
4. Customer Service, Ground Operations and Logistics
ANZ Stadium’s Customer Service team assist in the running of the venue on event days. Logistics and Grounds staff are responsible for our venue readiness and arena presentation programs while Customer Service staff work closely with venue management and our operational partners to ensure that clients, partners and patrons who attend events at ANZ Stadium always have a great experience. ANZ Stadium recruits for the following positions as part of our Customer Service and Logistics team:
- Turnstile Attendants
- Access Control
- Queue Management
- Radio Controllers
- Meeting & Special Events (on non-event days)
- Ground Operations
- Administration Support
