• Andreas Breitfuss - General Manager, Catering and Hospitality

Andreas commenced working for the business in February 2013 as Head of Catering and since that time has progressed to the position of General Manager, Catering. Andreas’ primary role is to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the delivery of the catering services across all the venues where food, beverage and other catering services are provided.

Whilst a key component of Andreas' role is to continue to develop and improve the in-stadium catering business at ANZ Stadium, he is also responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of the company’s external catering business ventures as part of the growth and diversification strategy of the business. Andreas’ other responsibilities has included guiding the delayed design process for all food and beverage outlet development at the new Optus Stadium in Perth.

Andreas has brought with him a wealth of experience across many facets of the catering, restaurant and hotel industries with 30 years of service within the hospitality arena both here in Australia and in Europe.

During his career, Andreas has held numerous senior management positions at some of Australia’s most prestigious and recognisable hospitality businesses. Prior to commencing with ANZ Stadium, Andreas was at the helm of Tower Estate - Relais and Chateau, one of Australia's most luxurious boutique hotels and wineries located in the Hunter Valley. During Andreas’ time with Tower Estate he led the organisation to its pinnacle wining the World Luxury Hotel Award for the Best Luxury Lodge in the World in 2010 and 2011.

In addition to his five star food and beverage experience, Andreas guided one of Australia’s most recognised wedding, function and event businesses Doltone House in the capacity of Group General Manager. Andreas was instrumental in implementing new levels of service and quality including the expansion of the group from two venues to five.

Andreas is a fully qualified Sommelier holding the prestigious title as a French Wine Scholar, holds Swiss Hotel Management qualifications and possesses several individual achievement awards obtained at the NSW Tourism Awards.
