• Wayne Forrest - General Manager, Catering & Hospitality

Wayne oversees the strategic and operational aspects of the delivery of the Stadium's food, beverage and other hospitality products and services to the public, our corporate clients and Club Members. Whilst a key component of Wayne's role is to continue to develop and improve the in-stadium catering and hospitality business, he is also responsible for the development of an external catering business as part of the growth and diversification strategy of the business.

Prior to joining the Stadium in 2010, Wayne accrued over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in a range of senior management roles including general, operations, food and beverage and human resources management. Immediately prior to commencing at the Stadium, Wayne spent seven years as a senior consultant and regional manager with a global organisational development consulting business.
