• State of Origin II NSW BLUES v QLD MAROONS 18 Jun 2014

    Get Tickets

The NSW Blues look to make history at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday 18 June by clinching their first State of Origin series success in nine years.

After a colossal Game I victory in Brisbane, the NSW Blues are desperate to win Game II in front of a packed home crowd and end Queensland’s record eight-year Origin stranglehold.

Every Blues supporter needs to get out to ANZ Stadium on 18 June and help the Blues regain the Origin shield for the first time since 2005.

The Blues have turned ANZ Stadium into a cauldron winning 14 of 21 meetings at the venue with one draw back in 2000.

Although Queensland have won the last eight series straight, the Blues have won three of the last four clashes at ANZ Stadium.

The Blues will be counting on their 18th man - a sea of blue at ANZ Stadium - to help them across the line.

It's one of the biggest rivalries in Australian sport and it gets bigger and better every year. It promises to be another bruising and close encounter again this year with the last 12 clashes at the Stadium being decided by 10 points or less.

A Queensland supporters’ pre-game party will be held at Allphones Arena right next to ANZ Stadium. Maroons fans may be outnumbered but they will give their fair share of cheek. Join the Maroon Supporters here.
