REIGNING champions the NSW Waratahs are set for a classic rematch with Super Rugby Final combatants the NZ Crusaders in one of two regular-season blockbusters scheduled for ANZ Stadium in 2015.

The Waratahs have revealed their 2015 draw with ANZ Stadium – the scene of their dramatic 33-32 win over the Crusaders in early August – scheduled to host the Crusaders on Saturday 23 May.

And in a Super Rugby first in this country, the Tahs will also play a historic ANZAC Day clash with Australian conference rivals the Melbourne Rebels at the Sydney Olympic Park precinct.

A Super Rugby record crowd of 61,823 witnessed the Waratahs’ first title win in 19 years. It took a dramatic Bernard Foley penalty goal from 45m out in the final minutes of play to seal the victory against a gallant Crusaders side.

The ANZAC Day clash on Saturday 25 April will be the Tahs’ first match back at ANZ Stadium since their 2014 Super Rugby Final triumph.
